quite long title, huh...
i wonder why i quit speaking thai even though i've learn the language when i was little. as long as i can remember, i have always find Thai as fascinating and interesting. maybe because it's in my blood, but it's a shame that i totally forgot the language. being half thai means that i have to know both of my roots, language and all.
i don't know where can i learn of my roots from. my grandma is now in her 90's, so i doubt that she ever remember about the language as well. and i have absolutely no connection with my other Thai's relative. ah, what a shame.
i always thought that when i get married to my other half, we'll have kids with thai-malay-indonesian blood. it'll be quite interesting, don't you think? and i absolutely want my kids to know of their roots as well. well, i guess i have to dig more....
move on to lighter issue, apparently, my twin sis is expecting twins and might pop out anytime soon. the 3rd generation. i am so friggin' jealous right now...
my mom was a twin, i am and now my twin's. things couldn't get more exciting, isn't it? my other half is so ecstatic with the news. why? because he wanted a twin as well (if we ever get married..hehehehe..). with my background of family of twins, it's quite possible but anything can happen.
i still don't know the gender of the babies, but we welcome them with open hands anyway. i really can't wait to see them. hopefully, they'll be as healthy as they can be, as that is the most important thing.
right now, we are still waiting for them. i'll post new entry once they have come out to see the world...
till then, waiting anxiously...
